Sardinian ritual bread

Event: Sardinia, Heart of bread – 14th August 2016

We are proud to invite you to the next cultural event offered by our Association, focusing on the ritual breads of the Sardinian tradition and heritage.

Two guests will come specifically from Italy: professor Battista Saiu and chef Raffaele Zanella will hold a seminar titled “Sardegna, Cuore di pane (Sardinia: Heart of bread)“.
